ABSTRACT

Acclaimed by many Marxists, the Frankfurt School has controversial and, at times, contradictory pillars. Paradoxically, it aims for human freedom through the suppression of freedom. It seeks to abolish religious expressions, material goods, and the sense of responsibility to guarantee true freedom to humanity, imposing a cultural condition, without giving the possibility of choice. He sees in conscience a dizzying element in human beings that impedes their freedom. Its practical action is through culture on a global scale, whose way of working brings, as an inevitable consequence, the decline of humanity and its noblest values. Our study is a critique of how the Frankfurt School operates and the consequences.
