Currently there are many institutions dedicated to the study of politics and similar areas, some of them are called THINK TANK. According to the University of Pennsylvania, there are 11,000 THINK TANKS approximately, around the world, data from the year 2020. In general, the objective of institutions dedicated to the study of politics and its variants can be summarized in two main axes. The first is to expand political knowledge, in its most varied expressions, to the common public and to its scientific body. The second is to engender critical analyzes of reality, seeking to show the politics as it is and not as it should be. The analysis is made empirically and not theoretically. In this second axis, for example, it is common to evaluate Public Policies in a methodological way, using indices to measure their impact on society.
However, something paradoxical occurs. Even if the analysis is realistic, it does not advance towards practice. In other words, there is not, in the vast majority of cases, a real and practical contribution, in order to give a change in the reality observed in the society.
Furthermore, many of the analyzes occur within the scope of Public Policies and analyzes of smaller groups of society such as communities, cooperatives and small industries are not included in the studies. These are the elements that can change the reality of society quickly and visibly. Public Policies certainly have their value, however the importance of smaller groups that constitute, in volume, the largest portion of society cannot be underestimated. Therefore; social reality can be changed if these smaller nuclei have their reality changed.
Therefore, initially, our idea is to develop PROJECTS taking observable reality as a starting point in the search to provide practical, viable and possible solutions that allow for a positive change in the reality of the smallest groups in society. If there is an opportunity, in a second moment, is to make this PROJECT a REALITY by measuring its impact on the region, improving it whenever possible.
